Enviro 700X Grey 15L is an Australian-made, moisture-curing polyurethane waterproofing membrane. The single-component liquid produces a continuous, flexible barrier and is formulated for low odour, low VOC content and chemical resistance.
Applications and pack
For specified internal and external waterproofing systems, including bathrooms, balconies, podiums, basements, retaining walls and plant rooms. Suitable substrates include prepared concrete, render, blockwork, timber, fibre cement and steel, using the appropriate primer. Supplied in a 15L pail of grey membrane.
Coverage and finishing
For internal floors and external applications, the product data sheet specifies two coats at 0.84L/m² per coat, achieving 1.5mm dry film. Internal walls require two coats at 0.56L/m² per coat for 1mm dry film. Surface and weather conditions affect consumption.
Direct tiling requires an additional thin coat seeded with aggregate after the required membrane thickness is achieved. Exposed areas need the specified Enviro 950 TC topcoat; 700X alone is not a UV-stable finish.
Curing
At 25°C and 50% relative humidity, the minimum overcoat interval is 12 hours, with full cure after 7 days. The typical tiling window is 24–72 hours. Cooler conditions take longer.
